Mrs. Susana Varela has been taking her three children, Alondra (14yrs), Luciano (11yrs) and Ashley Nicole (9yrs) to the Kool Smiles in Brownsville since February 2009. Mrs. Varela was very excited when she found out that Kool Smiles was in her area as there are not many dentists in Olmito, Texas, where she lives.
Mrs. Varela said, “The best part of Kool Smiles is that it is totally different from the other dentist offices. I love the way they treat my children. What I normally see is that my kids love coming here and they leave HAPPY all the time.”
She also said, “My children are always ready to come to Kool Smiles because there is somewhere for them to play while they wait for their appointment time. The jungle gym and waiting area are totally different, colorful and fun.”
Mrs. Varela really loves the way Kool Smiles takes care of her children. She also said, “Overall everything is clean and the employees treat us like family. My kids love your little gifts; it makes them want to come back.”
Mrs. Varela explained that their next appointment is coming up soon and that to her disbelief, “My children all want to go back to the dentist. Even I can not believe it!” She went on to say that, “Even me as a parent, I love coming to Kool Smiles. I want to come back because I feel confident and well-treated.”
