Morgan Parker had been wanting to take her children, Kaylee, age 6 and Emmalee, age 3 to a dentist that had experience caring for and treating young children. Her options were limited in Dalton, Georgia to a handful of providers. In mid 2007 a friend of hers told her about a wonderful new dental office for kids that had opened on Walnut Avenue in the Liberty Square Shopping Center. Morgan, trusting her friend's judgment, called and made an appointment at Kool Smiles.

Right away Parker noticed that "the staff was very helpful and always smiling. All the employees were nice, well-mannered and had great bedside manner. I also loved that we did not have to wait long to be seen", stated Parker. She was also impressed with the information provided to her before and after her children's dental visits. She stated she had a personal consultation to tell her exactly what would occur during the children's hygiene visit and then had another personal consultation to review the findings and recommendations. Fortunately for Kaylee and Emmalee they were found to be in good oral health and did not need to come back until their regular scheduled hygiene visit in 6 months.

Parker stated that her Kool Smiles experience was "awesome" and that she is thrilled that "both of her children are excited about going to the dentist and look forward to getting their teeth clean". She added that "Kool Smiles has also made it easier for me to care for Kaylee and Emmalee's teeth at home". Since her children have had wonderful experiences at their Kool Smiles dental visits, they don't fight her anymore about brushing their teeth at home!

When asked what Kool Smiles could do to improve, Parker stated "Nothing. Everything about Kool Smiles is great. I am very pleased".
