Kool Smiles believes in clinical excellence. Our new doctors receive expert training on all aspects of general dentistry for children delivered by nationally recognized clinical experts. Following training, they work side by side with experienced dentists in a team-oriented clinical atmosphere. All of our dentists receive quarterly continuing education on children's dentistry, earning qualified CE units. Our doctors are also Associate Members of the AAPD, can attend AAPD CE programs, and receive professional pediatric dentistry journals.
Kool Smiles doctors are supported by an administrative team that brings exceptional strength to the business side of the practice. Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Legal Services are led by a team of professionals with extensive experience. This allows our doctors to focus on what matters most - caring for patients.
Our Kool Smiles clinics are newly constructed and average 7,000 square feet of interior space. All of our equipment is new and state-of-the-art. Each of our clinics is staffed with a full team of dental support professionals working hand-in-hand with the dentists and a regional director of dental operations. The typical staffing level for our clinics is 3-4 dentists supported by 3-5 hygienists, 2 clinical team leaders, 9-12 dental assistants, 3 administrative support personnel, an office manager, and a centralized call center.
