We’re proud that Kool Smiles reviews from customer surveys are very positive, 98% of our patients indicate that they are likely to return as well as refer others to our office. Overall, Kool Smiles complaints are rare, we have only 1 complaint for every 1,795 visits, and 1 clinical complaint for every 7,072 visits for 2009.
